Mary Beth Wilkinson
Born in Costa Rica (Pura Vida!), Mary Beth was raised in Virginia where she cultivated a love for cooking, hiking, and having large groups of people over for dinner parties and potlucks. She went to college at Columbia International University, which gave her a burden for cross-cultural ministry. After working in refugee resettlement for a couple years post-college, she moved to Philadelphia to go to seminary for a Master’s degree in counseling, and met her husband Daniel. Together, they are raising their daughter, Lizzy, and enjoying life in a city where art, crime, brokenness, and beauty continually intertwine. Their desire is to serve political refugees long term, hopefully one day ministering in the Middle East to displaced families.
“Blessed are those whose strength is in you; who have set their hearts on a pilgrimage.” - Psalm 84:5
