Discern
A diagnostic assessment is one of the primary tools we use to discern what the Spirit is saying to a church. In this spiritual discernment process we connect with leaders, staff, and congregants to hear their perspectives so that we can learn about the church. This provides both a mirror into the current reality within the church and a map forward for the future of the church.
Guide
The diagnostic assessment is a map forward that provides the ministry objectives guiding the life of the church for the transition season. Working hand in hand with the leadership of the church, an intentional interim pastor and support team facilitates needed change to prepare the church for God’s preferred future.
Equip
As the church pursues God’s preferred future, by joining God’s mission through discipleship and evangelism, and calling their new pastoral leadership, we continue to partner with coaching and resourcing. Our desire is to partner for the long haul.
