Our training flows from a theology that places Christ, and His purposes, at the center of genuine church revitalization.During this four-day event, participants will discover strategies to diagnose real problems, facilitate change, resolve conflict, manage destructive power brokers, and deal with the idols at the root of many congregational issues. You will be exposed to a flexible and workable model of church governance, the use of transition teams, and a proven method for strategic planning.

Intentional Interim Pastor Training
An Exclusive Conference Experience Designed for Impact

Our annual Intentional Interim Pastor Training offers a focused, community-driven conference experience designed to equip and encourage interim pastors for meaningful impact.

The training will run from Monday evening through Thursday morning, with sessions beginning Monday at 5:00 PM and concluding by 1:00 PM on Thursday.

Included with your ticket:

  • Continental breakfast and working lunches will be provided daily from Monday evening through Thursday morning.

  • IIP Virtual Training Manual, accessible before and after the event.

Please note:
Attendees will be responsible for:

  • Dinner on Tuesday and Wednesday

  • All transportation, including flights, travel to and from the airport, coffee runs, and dinner outings
