Overview of the Training
Join VitalChurch Ministry online for a training event designed to equip interim pastors, denominational leaders, and anyone else interested in helping churches in some kind of transition or crisis. Our training flows from a theology that places Christ, and His purposes, at the center of genuine church revitalization.
During this four-day event, participants will discover strategies to diagnose real problems, facilitate change, resolve conflict, manage destructive powerbrokers, and deal with the idols at the root of many congregational issues. What You Can Expect
Here’s what past attendees had to say about VitalChurch’s interim pastor training seminar:
I got more than I paid for, good connections with similarly situated practitioners, oodles and oodles of great ideas for helping churches.”
This is the most comprehensive and integrated manual I’ve ever seen [referring to the manual that’s included with the training]. The manual was thorough, practice-tested with strong theological foundation and an unswerving commitment to the Gospel and Christ.”
The training event was conducted by grace-filled and wise practitioners who deeply love God and His Church and desire to see churches confront the unholy trinity of idolatry, greed, and power and become emotionally and spiritually healthy.”
